A note fromthe founders

If you've ever run a strategy engagement, you know the feeling: a broad question, a stack of documents, weeks of work, countless spreadsheets, copy-pasting between PDFs, and at the end a deck that should have been done long ago.

We know this because we've been there. In strategy and advisory teams, where structuring the argument is the most critical and yet most tedious part of every engagement.

What frustrated us wasn't the thinking itself. It was how much time goes into formatting, document searches, and manual cross-referencing, instead of what truly matters: asking the right question, structuring the answer, making informed decisions.

So we built Decisity.

Not as another generic AI tool. But as the platform we wished we'd had. A platform that doesn't just read documents, but understands them. That structures the argument the way a top-tier team would. That traces every single claim, number, and recommendation back to its original source.

We believe strategy is too important to be argued poorly. Every decision based on an unstructured, unsourced case is a risk. For investors, for companies, for the people who work there. That's why we're building a tool that doesn't replace strategy teams, but gives them the rigor they need, in the time they have.
